When I founded Emerald Massage & Lymphatic Wellness, my prayer was never simply to build a successful practice. My heart was to create a place where people could finally exhale—a place where they felt safe, cared for, and genuinely seen.

One of the guiding principles of my practice isTashi Delek—a blessing that means well wishes, grace, abundance, and blessings to you and your family.

To me, healing extends far beyond one individual. When you are well, your family experiences your wellness. Your peace becomes their peace. Your strength becomes their strength. Caring for one person has the power to bless an entire family.

Every session is intentionally designed to create an environment of peace, calmness, serenity, comfort, and ease. It is a place where your nervous system can finally relax, your breathing becomes intentional, and your mind grows quiet enough for your soul to speak.

Whether you came to me for post-operative recovery, lymphatic wellness, pain management, stress relief, lymphedema care, or simply because you needed someone to help you feel like yourself again, my commitment has always remained the same—to care for you with knowledge, compassion, integrity, and genuine presence.

Watching your lymphatic system begin to flow again, seeing your body restore balance, and witnessing your confidence return has been one of the greatest honors of my life. The body's healing systems are remarkable. As your lymphatic and cardiovascular systems work together in harmony, they support your body's natural ability to restore, renew, and heal from within. Being invited to witness that process is a privilege I never take lightly.
