Preparing for Your In-Home Visit

To help ensure a comfortable, safe, and relaxing experience, please review the following information before your appointment.

Preparing Your Space

Please have a quiet, comfortable area available with enough room for a professional massage table (approximately 6 feet x 10 feet). A nearby electrical outlet is appreciated if infrared light therapy or other equipment will be used during your session.

Arrival

Your therapist will arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for setup and to ensure your session begins promptly.

Pets

For everyone's safety and comfort, please have all pets secured in another room or safe area before your appointment begins.

Health & Illness Policy

If you are experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, a contagious illness, flu-like symptoms, COVID-19 symptoms, or persistent coughing or sneezing, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Your health and the health of your therapist are our highest priorities.

Travel & Service Fee

A mobile convenience fee may apply depending on your location.

Standard Mobile Service Area

• Flat Travel Fee: $40

• Includes travel to and from your location within our standard service radius.

For locations outside our standard travel area, additional travel fees may apply. We will always discuss and confirm any additional fees before your appointment is scheduled.

Parking

Please provide convenient and legal parking near your residence. If paid parking or parking permits are required, please let us know before your appointment.

Home Environment

For the best treatment experience, we recommend:

• Comfortable room temperature

• Quiet environment

• Cell phones silenced when possible

• Children supervised during the session

• Adequate lighting for assessment when appropriate
